Hakuouki Hekketsuroku is one of the best anime(s) I've watched, it's tragic and very sad. The story was magnificent, I rated the overall anime (10/10) because it really touched me and it shows how tough it was to survive and live a normal life at the same time. Art (10/10)- the art was incredibly beautiful, showing great detail. Story(10/10)- The plot is really interesting and it builds it up till the very end. Characters(10/10)- the characters were amazing, they all had great strength and they care about Chizuru a whole lot, which was really sweet.
