Blood is frequently produced as a result of the violence.
Scores of dead people are shown in genocidal attacks to be lying in pools of blood. Children are shown dead as well.

Pacing may have changed whenever school episodes came around, but the comedy was good.
Kept me engaged until the amazing conclusion.
Conclusion
Fans of politics, crime thrillers, and mecha will appreciate this show.
Comparisons in themes have been drawn to "Death Note". I can say that those are warranted considering the similarity of the main characters. However, this has a lot better ending than "Death Note".
