Review of Kiss x Sis (TV)

Kiss x Sis is the second incest or sibling x sibling anime that I have watched, and safe to say it will be the last. The whole concept is just a bit too… I don’t even know. Incest. But hey some people like that I guess, I’m not here to judge anyone… just joking. Seeing as I have only watched two anime in this genre, I don’t have a whole lot to compare it with. I found that there was a more comedic side to this show, which I felt made it a little easier to view, in comparison to Yosuga no Sora whichis a bit more ‘psychological’.

Story: Pretty simple, a brother and two sisters live together and are in love with each other. They constantly think up ways to seduce their brother, or help him whether it be with schooling or other life related problems. That’s basically all that happens. The end.

Art: The artwork was great. I wasn't expecting a lot in this department, but it pleasantly surprised me, but by all means I’m not saying it was a masterpiece. Just the same as any other ROM-COM made past 2010.

Sound: Both the OP and ED fit in really well with the series. It’s not something I would listen to, however it did compliment the show. Sound effects and voice acting was probably one of the strongest elements I found, as it all sounded crisp and professional.

I didn't love this show although i didn't hate it. However realistically speaking if the two girls weren't his ‘sisters’ and just happened to be living with him for some reason like… their parents passed away or I don’t know, something creative, it would have been a enjoyable show to watch.
