Review of Land of the Lustrous

Unique story, unique cg animation, unique setting, unique character design generally just a really unique anime. Even though this first season felt like a prequel to me with how chill it was, I was unexpectedly very engaged and entertained with the way they represented the world building. Since I'm usually the action or slice of life romance guy i usually stay away from fantasy stories like this with the fright of thinking about how focused i need to be and to pay attention to each plot points in order to understand the whole fantasy world, But in this case i really think they represented theworld building in a very entertaining way for even smol brains like me to understand.

Overall if you haven't guessed it already i really love this anime just a really great mixture of the mystery, fantasy and action genre supporting with Studio Orange's great cgi and ost. (9.5/10)

Hoping for a second season but with them currently adapting a new anime project for Trigun i wouldn't be expecting it to come any soon =w=, so i decided to read the manga since it's ratings seems great with it currently being the 13th highest rated in Myanimelist. So that's about it see ya.
