Review of Tsukigakirei

I loved this show. It may not be for everyone, but it definitely was for me. It’s a really light hearted romance, so some people might find it boring. Of course (slight spoilers ahead) most middle school relationships don’t work, but I was glad to see Akane and Kotarou’s evolve and get stronger. What can I say? Most of the episodes had me almost crying of happiness for these two youngsters who don’t even exist. Maybe it’s because im a hopeless romantic, but i loved to see that their love succeeded in the end, and they even got married!I can definitely say this show hasraised my standards for romance, but that’s ok, I loved it and that’s what counts.
