This is one of those memorabilia from the past , this is a HISTORY Although, I do not know and have any knowledge how legit and precise the story depiction about our main character in this very animation but I personally very recommend this show to you to those whom seek a little bit of Wisdom, Peace, and Kindness with this anime...very suitable for you wanna fill your boredom day with a little bit heartwarming slice of life Mind you, this is just an animated Autobiography of a real person and little bit of glimpse the life of Ryokan Taigu ( A Zen Buddhist Monk bornin 1758) so the story is pretty much forward and direct as reality is, don't expect complicated plot story...If you're really into HISTORY, Religion and Slice of life genre I can promise you this anime is a chill point
