Review of Recovery of an MMO Junkie

Oh, this is certainly something refreshing. Seeing a good and believable relationship and romance that renters around meeting someone special through online game. It was a really nice surprise that they put effort and through in making this since this could have easily became very cliched run of the mill anime. But with vivid characters with their own faults and strengths and not to mention all the awkwardness that came with them made this very cute, compelling, realistic and humane. Both main characters were similar in ways but with their unique strengths they complemented each other and managed to handle these awkward situations and managedwork around them. It was nice to see how the main characters history and passion towards games and gaming lead them through different ways to this particular setup. We also got to know these characters and some of their friends and people close to them that really forwarded and benefited the plot in their own way. Since this story was centering mainly on handful of characters it was very intimate-feeling and this made buying their relationship more easier.
Story and characters were the strengths of this anime, art and sound were ok-good. Since this was really heartwarming, cute and humane its core it gets 8.3/10 ~ 8. If you are into gaming and have been playing MMORPG- games these kind of situations might have happened to you too and through those encounters this anime might become more relatable.
