Literally every chapter goes through extreme lengths to make sure it ends right back where it starts. There is no progress. There is no development. The only change is that one girls boobs get bigger. That is, by chapter 97, the only development that's actually happened, and I doubt it has any meaning unless the mangaka is going to change how he drew that character. Art is fine, but wasted on the story. Personalities are annoying because they're in service of an annoying and pointless story that bends over backwards to make every chapter pointless. New characters are added just to NOT progress the story. Dialogue tells you nothing youdidn't already know after a character's 3rd to 5th appearance.
