I binged this entire manga after not expecting much. Basically about a reincarnated Doctor who wants to help as many people as possible. I might be writing some small spoilers, but nothing in great detail. Imagine being reincarnated in Ancient China but with the memory as a 21st century surgeon, with all the modern medicine knowledge intact. The politics of local Chinese warlords intertwined with a Doctor who's main priority is saving lives. Goes through the social politics of also discounting the primitive medical practices at the time as well as how to deal with those jealous of his knowledge/social standing gain as a renown local "miracle surgeon"in comparison to anyone else at this time.

They go into depth about medical procedures as well. almost makes you want to study medicine just to understand more.
