Review of Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro
Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san is an anime in which the titular character, Nagatoro, teases her upperclassmen, Naoto. Sometimes, especially early on in the show, these antics can be a bit hard to watch, however, as the show progresses, you can really tell that a bond has grown between the two central characters. The episodes feature many funny moments between the two and I found it to be thoroughly enjoyable. The Art and sound felt great and very pleasing to the eyes and ears. The opening was pretty catchy and I could never skip it. Overall I think the studio put a lot of effort into polishing the show. Some of the characters remain a bit 1-dimensional, but Nagatoro has enough character to pull the show up (she is the most important character after all). The characters all have great interactions, especially the main duo, and I feel the characters were never too boring.
After finishing the show I found myself wanting more and I would definitely recommend this to anyone willing (or unwilling, I will make them). A great watch, 10/10
