Review of Dorohedoro

I read all the manga so by the time I was watching the anime I was already buthurt. It is usually like that beacuse of the book over adaptation complex, so bear with me. All the ingredients were there, the darkness, the comicness, the goryness and the gyosa obsession. You know this show only works if after each episode you feel like eating gyosas... And it achieved that. Well done! The only thing that really upset me was that CGI drawing mix thing on the main story line. I mean, maybe it is just too strong for my princess eyes but I found the sidestorys way better in terms of art just because the fights did not use this high tech style. To finish this off Dorohedoro is one of the most enjoyable storys I have ever read and this first season did justice to that feeling. It is made of the same stuff and fortunely it has space to grow (I hope).
