Review of Suzume

👧🐈🪑🪱🚪 A gorgeous world, wonderful characters, and an engaging story. Entrancing when you watch it and magically charming always. The surprising, genuinely unexpected moments feel woven in well- funny cheerful moments to bring a spark to your eye so well as heartfelt plaintive moments tugging at your core. There is only one scene that feels.. rocky, but it is brief and can be overlooked or explained without much fuss. And through and through underneath the beautiful surface lies a powerful narrative fostered from tragically real events.I may have a bias, but this is definitely one of my favorite anime productions I have seen so far. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
