i mean, all i have to say is that this manga is so good, and i am talking about this and the sequel too, it's not for everyones taste but it fits perfectly to some. it gives you some type of excitement, you feel alive like most characters described being while playing the games, personally i felt like i was there and no other manga has ever made me feel like this... amazing, just wish it got an anime. the art is amazing, not saying it is very good, but quite "different", the story is solid, although some characters are shallow, some are different and canmake you relate to them.. the idea of a death game happening across the world to become god is really exciting and the ideas for the games are very creative, something i have never seen before. another thing is that the manga really shows (most of the time) realism, like when the games start to go on, you start to see that the few remaining survivors are all weird or "crazy" which is something realistic that most people won't understand, if you are "sane" and normal with no deep thought process, you will die... maybe many people might find weird why most of the survivors are nihilistic and kinda misanthropic, but that's because it's how it would be.
