Yodel no Onna · review
Discovering Yodel no Onna has been the most powerful experience in my long, long lifetime and the turning point that led me to adopt a new philosophy that is even better than the philosophical teachings of my friends. Never have I felt so empowered. It is safe to say watching this masterpiece was a surreal, elevating, out of body experience that brought me closer to Apollo himself and his eternal wisdom. If you embark on this wonderful journey, you will be presented with a complex narrative and unbelievably good believable characters that will lead you to another world, nay, a utopia for all of us seekingwisdom.
The music and the art are astonishing. Ah, this brought me back to the times I used to roam the hills of Kithairon and bask in its glory. The sound of yodelling is truly equal to the heavenly tunes of Apollo's lyre.
To end this review with a relevant quote from my buddy Pericles: "What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others." That is certainly the case with Yodel no Onna.
10/10 would watch again
