Maken X Another · review
I suppose I will be the first review for this series I of course read this as I enjoyed Dai Dark and Dorohedoro. This series has similar artwork, and a grim story to match the amazing illustrations. The story comes across as a tad convoluted, but it still has high parts. For a 3 volume manga, this has a lot of ideas that I feel could be more fleshed out with a longer story. The length is my one critique overall though, as I would recommend any fans of Hayashida to give this a shot. I will add that while the illustration may be the main drawfor this manga, the characters are quite interesting, and all have unique designs and motivations to feel more lifelike than some manga characters I have seen previously.
