Akira Toriyama is a talented mangaka who knows how to create a fun manga about manga itself. While it’s clearly not aimed at professionals—and is more suited for a younger or teenage audience I still had a great time reading it. The manga offers interesting insights into Toriyama’s general workflow and creative process, making it especially enjoyable for readers who are curious about how manga are made. As a bonus, it’s surprisingly motivating for anyone who wants to start creating their own manga. That said, some of the information may feel a bit outdated, especially since many modern mangaka no longer work traditionally.
