Review of My First Girlfriend is a Gal

This. . . is a semi-decent premise? that is sadly the 2nd highest point of the show quick character summary: The MC shows actual growth throughout the series . . . but he is the only one his friends are 2 typical anime pervs and 1 complete and overt pedophile (which they make joke he is weird but no one really seems bothered) the girls are a fairly typical rom-com harem where the MC is dating one and the rest seem to appear out of nowhere and throw themselves at him for . . .well no reason? Probably the best part of the series is how it doesn'tseem to take itself seriously in the slightest beyond the 'chatter' when the censors come up (which is quite honestly funny) and when at one point a painfully forced 4th wall break happens

now for more downsides (I'm keeping this brief)
NONE of the female characters are normal in the slightest

2 speak in the most obnoxious way possible and one has impossibly large boobs for no reason (like dead or alive fans would say they are to much, half of her body must be in her chest)
1 is a lesbian/ (rapist? possibly?) who is apparently ungodly strong . . . without any real explanation
and the last is . . . kind of a dominatrix? cam girl?

I really went into this with super low expectations and despite being 10 episodes long it took me 3 evenings to get through this and by the end I was glad it was over.

Would I recommend it? No . . . it really does have a few moments but the rest is so terrible I can't bring myself to suggest it
