Review of Land of the Lustrous

This is one incredible anime! its like a moment in our life where there are phenomenons we never thought we would do which somtimes make us go beyond our limit unintendedly to seek for answers. isn't it funny how we need to feel pain and somtimes hurt others, without wanting to. Just to understand what rambles around us and when we learn what deeply lies beyond the truth it starts to scare us, nevertheless when it all starts to make sense the desire for curiosity heats up, in which cost more damages. The more we feel pain the stronger we become. Thus, mold us to becoming who weare.

Just like the journey our dear MC here Phosphophyllite.The youngest gem, weakest of them all but has the strongest determination among all. Despite having less experience and knowledge about the lunarians and knowing that she has no use of help around, she still nags and begs to her master to give her an assignment and when finally got one, she would unconsciously fail and get others in trouble by going beyond her reach. However after a few course of events her aspect of how she view's her life and the situation they are on(with her fellow gems) changes.

Character:
what I like about phos(MC), is how she still manage to laugh things out (even faking it) after all that had happend to her and how her character had developed from being immature to mature.

Story:
wonderful story gives you a mixture of mystery,action and a little humor.
what I do not like tho is Kongou is to mysterious, that it had annoyed me till the end. 😂🤣

Music & Art:
both lovely especially the opening!😍
art/animation is amazing! never thought that CGI animes would look this nice(or is it just this? haha!)

Overall

For me this anime is about how we see our self mature after some series of unfortunate events.
would highly recommend it!
