Review of The Rising of the Shield Hero

I absolutely love The Rising of the Shield Hero. Too many authors have been relying on the stereotypical isekai anime plot line where an ordinary person dies and gets reincarnated or is magically transported to another world where they are given OP abilities and save the world, often building a harem while they do it. It is a generic type of anime nonetheless, what separate it from the rest of its contemporaries is that it is well-written (if not perfect), it’s entertaining with absolutely decent animation quality. The story is average but quite unique and definitely a set of main protagonists that fans love to follow.
