Review of Gangsta.

I was very reluctant to start watching Gangsta back in the summer, but after seeing so many gifs on my tumblr dashboard, I decided to at least read the manga. I liked the manga, so I was like, "Hey, maybe I *should* watch the anime. Story wise for both the anime and manga, is good. The only issue that I have is that the actual story starts out a bit slow and it can be hard to understand at times. I do like however the plot twists that come up, but I'll discuss that in greater detail in the manga review. The art wasvery good, at times, the details were lacking, but overall it was very good. The sound is what I liked the most. You could hear bone cracking, blood gushing, and the sound of guts being looked through. That was great sound wise. The character development was very good. I enjoyed seeing Alex's and Nicolas's relationship develop, as well as their development individually. I enjoyed this anime because it had a variety of different characters and themes, which I will not go in further detail because I do not want to spoil anything. I do believe that this anime would be longer if the manga was ahead. But since it is not and needs time to catch up, it was only 12 episodes long. That surprised me, but I don't doubt that they will make a second season in the near future. Over all I give this anime an 8 and I will be looking forward two a second season.
