I approach the Taimanin Asagi and ZIZ/LiLith-related OVAs, eroges, and games with a bias, as I am a big fan of the franchise and multiverse. I am a late-cummer (literally) to this hentai and only watched it when Annerose Vajra (the protagonist) was released as a playable character (albeit with much controversy stuck behind a steep paywall) on the game Action Taimanin. To thoroughly enjoy this OVA, you should enjoy a dose of erotic fantasy, action-adventure, rape and ryona, femme fatales, and of course, bad ends, which are some of my big favorites. Don't expect happy endings (other than the ones you make for yourself)when it comes to this one and also most Taimanin OVAs, but that is the stimulating beauty of it for those such as myself who enjoy such. If anything, enjoy it for great erotic art direction and expression.

Of special note is my love for femme fatales and villainesses, and in this OVA I got to enjoy seeing Li Mayfeng, who is the sister of Koukawa Oboro, who is the template for the revived body of Oboro the main villainess of Taimanin and arch-enemy of Asagi. (Confused yet? Well, that's the Taimanin multiverse!).
