Review of Ping Pong the Animation
Art / Animation - Interesting and well suited artstyle with gorgeous use of animation to convey emotion, power or whatever else. 10/10 Sound / Music - My favourite OST to date with unique masterpieces like Ping pong phase 2 which uses the sounds of ping pong balls and shoe squeaking to make a great track. Songs are incredibly used for hype and emotion and not a single time is the music out of place. Sound and noise in general is also used to show how the characters are feeling as well in this show. 10/10 Characters / Development - All the characters are extremely strongin this anime, and have vastly different backgrounds but you can empathise with any of them. They also all develop a ton in a realistic way for realistic reasons. 10/10
Plot - Fairly normal sports show plot, but it's fine since characters are more of the focus in this show. I did however really enjoy the ending and the little post show "what the characters are up to bit". 8/10
Enjoyment / Mood - With such great characters and music this show is one with emotional up and downs with some incredible hype moments, but just as importantly those "Oh shit" moments. Its not to binge and very enjoyable. 10/10
Overall - 10/10
