I'd give this a 9/10 because i really love crazy stuff like this, it's very graphic and violent. It talks about this police officer who makes criminals have a taste of their own bread, since the law didn't do anything about their crimes. I love to see bad guys get what they deserve, however there's no plot and since we're only at the beginning i wish it won't be about only about him killing and torturing criminals, but the police finding out there are missing people and etc, we'll see. Bugs me this manga is so underrated, hope it gets more popular in the future, it'samazing an the art is also very pretty
