I simply cannot rate this anything but a perfect 10. Urara Meirochou is a story about a young girl from the mountains coming to a town in search of her mother, making friends and people she looks up to along the way. She and her friends embark on a journey to become full uraras, to give people their fortunes every day. It's pretty simple, and this is CGDCT, both of which are executed perfectly. There's a dash of lewd fan service as well and a hint of yuri. The story isn't too complex, I would say, but that's wonderful, and I was fully captivated the entiretime I was reading the manga. I felt completely attached to our main characters, and was sad to see some things happen to them, but was extremely proud of the girls by the end.

The art, as a sidenote, looks great, and feels really polished.
