I'm going through all of Cool-Kyou Shinja's mangas currently, and this is one of many quality manga's written by him (I'm assuming). Story: The actual story isn't anything new, someone moves in with a bunch of strangers and you follow their adventure getting to know each other. So in terms of originality it isn't anything unique, but it's good. Like really good. The writing is excellent, and it's one of the only few mangas I actually laughed out loud at. I'm not kidding, the writing is some of the wittiest, hip writing I've read. It's great. Like really great. Art: The art is unique, not regular, butmore cartoon-y. To be honest it reminds me of "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends". It's also funny like that too. I really like it.
Character: The characters are all unique, and funny/interesting in their own way. Very well written. You actually grow fond of a few characters.
I really like this manga. Like I highly recommend it. It's fun to read and funny.
