Watched 11 episodes so far. Not a single salad bowl in sight. That aside, this show was pretty funny, wholesome, and cute. I don't like the knight tho. She is there for comedic effects but turning her into a bum doesn't sit right with me. The show doesn't hesitate to bring the adult aspects into a kid's life. Affairs, gambling, homelessness, religious cults, bullying, blackmail, you name it. The show feels like it's a giant parody too. I can't put my finger on what show it's trying to parody but it gives off parody vibes. I believe the show has a lot of potential, but I also like it as-is.It's like just watching a happy family, it makes you happy too.
