I finally watched this series. After reading the reviews, I was afraid to face the emotions the story might evoke. It is indeed bittersweet, leaning heavily towards the bitter side. I don't think it's badly written. I feel it represents young relationships quite well, where partners throw themselves into things wholeheartedly but end up hurting each other due to their immaturity in communication and emotional management. Perhaps for the sake of some kind of redemption for the characters and their relationship, I would have liked a bit more backstory, especially concerning Sui. I also would have liked to witness more of their respective journeys anddevelopment. Is that a sign that the story was good? You'll have to decide for yourself.
