Season starts of right where season 4 ended if you forgot everything rewatch the last few episodes of season 4 as there is no recap in episode 1 of season 5. I'm here for the dramatic antics and seeing when Kazuya actually grows a pair. This anime is not for everyone but this anime draws me in, I like the drama it's stupid and pisses me off but I love it and want more of it. Mami-chan is treated as the main antagonist of this arc but she has a bit of merit, she is calling out Mizuhara out on her manipulation of Kazuya, alie being told to both families and friends for over a year (in the show timeline). But is actually because Mami-chan hates seeing every happy couple and tries to break them up. Not like Mizuhara and Kazuya are really doing anything cause Kazuya still has no balls even when he tried to Mizuhara blew him off.

For this reason I'm rooting for my girl Ruka, she is the real MVP but she has not had much screen time really, she is sorta just waiting on Kazuya, which is messed up to begin with.

I hate Mizuhara she puts everyone in bad situations and really can't stand her, she is lowkey very manipulative worse than mami-chan. She has yet to speak up and be the heroine the show makes her out to be.

If you have kept up with this season be ready for the author to keep you engaged but also pissed off at the antics of the characters.
