Review of Horimiya
I love Horimiya, the characters are great, it's funny, the romance is not boring. But, it has some problems. 1. Hori is homophobic. Yes, she is. The fact that she "allows" Miyamura to have crushes only in other girls and not boys is very bad. I was so uncomfortable with that statement that I just stopped caring about her. 2. Hori. After that, I realize that Hori is so irritating. Her personality is just so bad. I can't like her anymore. With that in mind, let's talk about the anime.Story: 7/10
I read the manga and watched the anime at the same time. They cut so much fluff and funny things and character development that, for me, lose one point. The other point is Hori, but I already talked about that.
Other thing is, is publicized as a story about a girl and a boy that is totally different in school and outside from school, and I loved this so much. But after a while, the author seems to have forgotten about this, because they just stop being thats different in school and outside of school, and it seems that nobody in they universe see this, only when Miyamura cuts his hair.
But the good parts of the anime are the characters. They are so funny and real, they feel like real teenagers doing teenagers things, and is so funny and cool to watch it. I love this part.
Art: 8/10
It's simple, but pretty. It makes the characters look so pretty and cute at the same time, I love it so much.
Overall, this anime is pretty funny and has great voice acting and great characters, but some problems might ruin your experience.
