This is no longer proper anime. This is just blatant advertisement. It felt like watching that product placement scene from Wayne's World only it wasn't a joke. There's even an episode near the end where it just flashes endless company logos the entire time. It feels like it was put together by some Japanese tourism board that really, really wanted people to know how special their little prefecture was and that people needed to come visit. The previous seasons at least felt like they had a flimsy story underneath but there's pretty much none of that here. They have the gall in the last episodeto try and tie it all together with some moral about how we're all different and special in our own special way and need to pay each prefecture respect or something, but after being advertised at for 10 episodes, short though they were I just wasn't feeling it. 5/10
