Review of My Happy Marriage

Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon or My Happy Marriage in short is basically the classic story of Cinderella with an anime touch. The story of a girl tormented by her family, who is then saved by her knight in shining Armor, then add in a pinch of Supernatural powers. Overall the story isn't too complicated and filled with cute moments along with action that isn't at random but compliments the story very well. The main theme of the story is showing how our timid main character Saimori Miyo comes out of her cage for her fiance Kudo Kiyoka and how the latter protects and supports herin every way possible. Apart from the MC's, the role of Step mother and Step sister is also very well developed as you can definitely feel the urge to get into the show and take care of the matters yourself 😅.

The show stealer is definitely Ueda Reina, who did a brilliant job in giving voice to the timid soft spoken character of Miyo.

The OP by Riria is something that you definitely can't and shouldn't miss out in each and every episode. It just feels so soothing and gives a glimpse of the story in such a beautiful manner. The ED by Kashitarou Itou is also brilliant.

Kinema Citrus rarely disappoints in the animation dept (Shield Hero S2 doesn't exist) and did a fantastic job in bringing the story to life.

Overall, if you want a really good romance story , you will not be disappointed.
