This collection of stories gets overlooked too much by Jojo fans. Each story is fun and thought-provoking, and they're certainly bizarre, in many cases more so than the main series. Each story feels like a bit of folk lore, and they each have some insane plot twist that I don't think anybody could predict. Some of the stories do feel completely random, which I suppose is the nature of Araki's telling of Jojo, but some stories are left completely unexplained. Normally this isn't too much of a mad thing, as it lets you ponder over it and come up with your own interpretation, but because it's Jojo, everything is so crazy already that it often becomes unexplainable because of how random it is. However, I do think Araki succeeds in telling most of the stories he's trying to tell, and the links to Diamond is Unbreakable are very appreciated and makes it feel more canon.
Each story is really fun and entertaining, though would benefit from being expanded or further developed.
