I don't hate this reboot, but every single episode feels like such a WASTE of human resources, a waste of pure talent and potential. This reboot feels fine on watch, and I would have probably liked it if I had never experienced the original, but it is suuuch a downgrade in narrative and atmosphere. They completely killed what made the original special and turned it into a MCUesque action slop. I feel soo bad for the animators. They are THE BEST in the world when it comes to 3DCGI Animation, but stuck with a Trigun reboot that no one will care about after it's over, insteadof doing Houseki No Kuni S2
