Disclaimer: This is pretty degenerate. Think overt boob jokes and moments that are sexualized for no particular reason. If that's annoying for you and hard to ignore, this is a safe skip. Why is this a 9 then? It is silly. It is silly in a way that I haven't seen in years, maybe decades. It has Gintama energy. For example, you get annoyed at a boob joke. "Oh of course, her button pops because her boobs are so massive, hilarious." You think it's over but wouldn't be surprised if it happens again. It happens again. Still annoying. But THEN, they hit you with the5x zoom in zoom out bollywood drama cam of the cleavage while a woman announcer says "Oppai!" over and over and over again. Out of NOWHERE. You can't even breathe or blink before this is just happening on your screen. You can expect something like that at least once per episode, they are not afraid to be unhinged.

I hate that I laughed at that, but I did. It's just too absurd. So if absurdity is in your humor palate, this is a fun watch.

Story-wise I'm not really that locked in, seems fine for slop standards, nothing crazy. Kid gets isekai'd, has to survive his situation, turns out through some gimmick he's some kind of OP, etc. etc. It's there out of necessity and gets out of the way enough so you can more readily partake in the unhinged.

If you enjoy absurdity and isekai then this is a guaranteed good time. If you want more "My name is not important...", "I will be the strongest...", "Heh, this is all according to keikaku...", then skip this I guess. I do recommend everyone watch it though, just out of selfishness. I want this to pop off and get more seasons and I want to bring unhinged absurdity back into anime. This is a selfish endeavor. I've missed it so much, so please help me out by giving this support.
