really wanted to enjoy this because the premise seemed intruguing but i had to drop it, which i rarely do. it wasn't that it was bad, it was just so bland. i had no idea something that presents as toxic yuri could be so boring, but this manages to do that. none of the characters are interesting or compelling at all. i didn't like any of them, but i also didn't hate any of them. none of them had anything going for them despite the clear attempts to make them complex. the best way to describe this story is just.. bland. it's not awful, butit's just so deeply uninteresting.
