Not going to write a long review because I'm bad at this, but basially : This is a pretty refreshing take on the "very powerful MC" trope : Noel is NOT a strong fighter, in a world where fighting is the base of social status. He uses his outstanding skills of gathering information, scheming and plotting to get to his goals instead. And the good thing is that the author actually sticks to this plot. I'm saying this because we've seen countless characters who are "weak" become absolutely OP in all regards in 10 chapters, absolutely destroying their premise in the way. Art fits the story well, withsometimes creative composition, characters are not too cliche (except maybe early on) and often have more than one sides to them.
