I liked it. The writing in this one-shot is superb. I truly appreciate when a writer can convey inner emotions with subtlety. This manga made me appreciate the little things around me. From the morning sunshine to moonless dark nights. We often forget how much we rely on the quiet, unsung wonders that surround us. This might sound a bit preachy, but for a moment while reading… I genuinely appreciated Allah for allowing me to be alive. (Note: this manga doesn’t have any religious sentiment, this is just my personal reflection). That’s a blessing, isn’t it? To walk. To eat. To live...And to be loved by another.
