STORY (8/10) The title (Drawing While Masturbating) pretty much describes the plot of the manga. It's about a girl who can't draw if she's not actively pleasuring herself and an assistant who happens to start working with her. Somehow it works. Not the most interesting series of events but nothing over-the-top or ridiculously impossible/lewd/stupid. It's a surprisingly levelheaded work, considering the fact that it's an an ecchi about masturbation. The comedy is fresh and fun, but nothing groundbreaking. ART (9/10) A lot of comedy in manga is based on the reactions of the characters. I'd say that this manga does it fairly well, encapsulating the emotions of the cast ina straightforward manner.
Lewds are pretty well done, and it's not an overbearing part of the manga. It fits in naturally, or as naturally as anything ecchi can be.
Overall it's pretty cute to read.

CHARACTER (8/10)
All the characters are a little quirky in their own special ways, and that makes their interactions really fun to watch.
The mangaka's issue is pretty obvious - she can't draw without masturbating. This creates a lot of scenarios where she gets into trouble and her assistant has to bail her out. People are also generally shocked or disgusted by this and she has trouble finding people who can deal with it.
The MC, and the main assistant, is a guy who basically makes manga his life. He's devoted and focused and this is how he deals with his manly desires. Despite all this, he's still human, and sometimes he gets into the mood too much and it's entertaining to watch him struggle.
The side chick is just weak to lewd things. Obviously a terrible matchup for her and it's quite entertaining to watch her try to get used to it. Her introduction was a bit rushed, but she adds quite a lot to the story.
Big sister, the editor, is a bit of a siscon and seems to lose all sense of self-restraint when she gets wasted. She doesn't appear too often but it's usually hilarious when she does.

ENJOYMENT (8/10)
The main appeal for this manga is how grounded its characters are, despite its context, and it is the contrast between these otherwise normal people and their extraordinary circumstances that makes it such a humorous read. While the ecchi tags and perverted title may chase some away, it's definitely worth a shot if you're looking for something light and fun.
