(Spanish review below) This manga is amazing, but I don't think it's for everyone. While the plot is a bit difficult to follow because it doesn't have a linear structure and constantly jumps back and forth in time, I think the message is quite clear. Through the students' hair and uniforms, the author raises themes like tradition, the attempt to achieve a certain level of perfection, and being considered ugly or annoying if you don't. It talks about challenging those norms, about allowing yourself to grow and change, instead of always remaining "perfect." All of this is intertwined with the power hierarchies within this girls' academy, whichplay out through different aspects: love, friendship, and idealization.

The manga is quite metaphorical, and if you don't keep that in mind, it can be confusing. It's a manga about oppression, the search for freedom, and female desire, all linked to and symbolized by the students' hair. If you're looking for a story that tells you things in detail and clearly, that reveals everything, this manga isn't for you.

It's definitely a story to read slowly and attentively.

The art is beautiful, and I found the ending wonderful as well. Highly recommended.

Este manga es increíble, pero no creo que sea para todo el mundo.

Si bien la trama es un poco difícil de seguir, porque no tiene una estructura lineal y va y viene en el tiempo constantemente, considero que el mensaje es bastante claro. A través del cabello y los uniformes de las estudiantes, la autora plantea temas como la tradición, el intentar alcanzar determinada perfección y ser considerada fea o molesta si no lo logras. Habla sobre desafiar esas normas, sobre permitirse crecer y cambiar, en lugar de permanecer siendo siempre "perfectas". Todo esto se ve entrelazado con los juegos de poder dentro de esta academia de señoritas, que se dan a través de distintos aspectos: el amor, la amistad, la idealización.

El manga es bastante metafórico y si no se tiene esto en mente, puede resultar confuso. Es un manga que habla sobre la opresión, la búsqueda de la libertad y el deseo femenino, todo ligado a y simbolizado por el cabello de las estudiantes. Si lo que buscas es una historia que te cuente las cosas de forma detallada y clara, que te lo revele todo, este manga no es para ti.

Sin duda es una historia para leer de forma pausada y con mucha atención.

El arte es precioso y el final también me lo pareció. Muy recomendado.
