Review of Tokyo Revengers

I haven't seen any gang-war anime besides this one, but there should be more. The idea of going back in time ten years to when you were young and trying to change a gang from the inside out is totally badass, even if the time-travel mechanics made no sense and where way to plot-convenient. The animation was rather subpar and got shockingly bad at parts, while the lack of changes to fit into the anime format make for a jarring experience that might be better through the manga. I wouldn't know, I'm not invested enough to check it out. No matter how ridiculous and melodramatic theshow got, it was (mostly) never boring, so I'll give it that.
