This show makes me nostalgic for all the crappy isekai anime I used to watch when I was younger and perfectly captures how I felt then. The protagonist is also not a complete idiot who is completely passive the whole story, but instead actually learns and develops somewhat, which is more than I can say for most generic protags. That's probably because the magic cheat powers belong to his sister instead. Overall I thought this was an enjoyable, nostalgic anime that doesn't take itself too seriously and has decent character designs and tolerable animation. It knows what it is, and is enjoyable within those boundsin a way that many other isekai fail to be.
