Review of Deca-Dence

What can I say? I completely binged this in basically one sitting. I never heard of the anime before and when I read the description, I'm gonna be honest, I wasn't captivated or hooked so I slept on this anime. However, upon reading people's comments on youtube and whatnot, lots of people were saying it was underrated and so I gave it a try, and boy did I not regret it. The first episode got me hooked on the introduction, the second episode has some surprises. Not a single episode for me was boring. None of the interactions with characters was boring and they were allnecessary for the plot and character development. The animation was great but not as godly as animes like Demon Slayer and such, to be fair, this anime is more of a thriller appeal than action but there is indeed A LOT of action going on.

The art style was simplistic but sometimes it's the simple things in life you appreciate the most. Basically, didn't bother me at all.

The ending and everything were absolutely great and an experience similar to that of ending a good movie in a theatre.

TLDR: Great experience, very satisfying ending, you won't be disappointed! Honestly, give it a try. Ep 1 hooks you in while Ep 2 surprises you ;).
