Review of given

Given is so underrated!! A really great anime series despite being 11 episodes only and the relationship between the main characters are not too forced like some of the yaoi/shounen ai anime. Story: Honestly it is not the most original band anime story but I still find it enjoyable. The pacing was good though I do have to suspend my disbelief in certain aspects of the story. Art: It could have been better tbh. When I watched the first episode, I was like meh when it was drawn the character's hand is larger than his head. But I got used to it.Sound:

The songs!! This is a anime about a band. I had high hopes for the soundtrack and it delivered. From the first twang of the guitar in episode 1 which go me hooked like Mafuyu and the song in episode 9 [I wanna weep!!]

Character:

I can honestly say I like all the characters in this anime. From the main characters down to the supporting. The four main characters as so sweet and supportive with each other.

Overall:

Watch it!! Even if you are not a shounen ai fan, you should give it a chance. It is different from the other shounen ai anime I have watched and the chemistry between the leads are more organic.
