Easily one of the best anime I've watched, and I'm glad that more people are picking it up despite it's shounen-ai genre. It's the top-rated BL anime on here and deservedly so. Story: 9 - Very well-developed, lots of layers yet all cohesive and interconnected - Distribution of screentime/story amongst characters is nicely done. It's spread fairly and equally enough that characters are easy to sympathise with and understand well, and viewpoint doesn't stay on one character for too long that it gets tiring Art: 8 - CGI used sparingly when playing instruments, but well integrated - Character visual design is actually amongst my favourites in anime. Everyone looks amazing.- Everything else art-wise is realistic and visually pleasing

- OSTs are top quality
- Background music is also used well across the show
- Detail in sounds is precise

Character: 10
- Top quality all around
- Character development is a beautiful process in the show. Handled very well, and somehow only in 11 episodes.
- As mentioned above in story, the distribution is very fair. Important characters are given a reasonable share of the show and it is never focussed on one character for longer than needed
- Genuinely felt connections between some of the characters which is something I don't experience often in anime.

Enjoyment: 10
- Do I enjoy being taken on an emotional rollercoaster? Absolutely. This anime is so good at expressing emotions and tugging on my heartstrings.
- Do I enjoy watching relationships strengthen and individuals develop? Definitely. Moving on is one of the hardest things about life and its portrayed amazingly in the anime. The show is centered around growth (and regrowth), and watching everyone change and adapt is super enjoyable.
- Do I enjoy watching people play music? Yep, and people play some killer music in this anime.

Overall: 10
- This is such an incredible show and it's still so underrated. I'm still annoyed that many people dropped or never bothered to watch simply because of it's elements of shounen-ai (which is pretty minimal btw. I haven't even begun to talk about how amazing the BL is depicted in the show. Almost groundbreaking)
- Would definitely recommend. There is so much to this anime for everyone. Heavily exceeded my expectations
