Review of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc

Mild Spoiler Warning, but you should be fine if you've watched the trailer for this season. TL;DR: Amazing for people who crave amazing fighting scenes, bad for people who enjoy good stories. Story (5): The beginning is boring, there's not much plot twist or even plot in that matter. The second half is better but still bland. I would give it a 3 or 4 if it weren't for the demon's backstory. Animation (10): Ufotable Sound (8): It's very good, not much to say, it just fits in very well.Character (7): Excluding the MC trio, Tengen and her wives are bland and generic. Again, if it weren't for a certain demon's character, I would rate this lower.

Enjoyment (10): Honestly if this season only consisted of non-fight scenes, I wouldn't enjoy it one bit, but the fight scenes really make up for it. I like and have watched a lot of anime battles and this one is easily in one of my top 3 of all time.

Overall (9): Honestly if you like the first season and the movie, you will like this one. But unlike the first season where both the story and fight scene are good, this season only offers the latter, but it does a pretty damn good job at it.

For me, even though I hated the story, I throughoutlly enjoyed this season.
