Review of Monster

The best manga of all time for sure, definitely one of if not the best anime as well. Incredibly unique plot, so simple yet efficient and riveting - the characters are some of the most complex in fiction let alone just anime and manga. Urasawa’s magnum opus for sure as well as Pluto & 20th Century Boys. The scenes are so intricately crafted and there’s lots of little interesting details and truckloads of theories. Absolutely no episode is filler at all. Every single character is incredibly interesting and multi-faceted, my favourites being Eva Heneinmann, Tenma, Grimmer and Johan. No single character has a flaw, they areall perfectly crafted. The art style is unique and very human.
