Review of Monster

Monster certainly deserves a 10 for its main story, but is unnecessarily long. This Anime has an outstanding built story in conjunction with plots and character development throughout the series, always having a deep philosophical meaning behind everything presented. The problem this Anime has is in its lenght, it has a lot of episodes and characters that are introduced that significantly slow down the Anime pace, contributing almost nothing to the main story. Its easy to forget and hard to remember some characters that are often introduced and suddenly vanished. Some may say its beneficial for character presentation and development, but I mostly desagree, itsgood that the Anime has different points of views from different characters and how they get to interact with one another, but as happened to myself, I got driven away sometimes from the main story by those unnecessary episodes that leads nowhere near what really matters.
