Dororo It is actually a title that made me wonder when describing it. On the one hand, it sounded appealing, but at the same time also off-putting. Despite all the flaws, this was without a doubt a very engaging and interesting anime. Which showed a pleasant story, accompanied by acceptable implementation. The biggest problem with the series was the lack of tension and the ever-repeating cycle. A new monster appears and a new fight ensues. Mostly accompanied by average side stories. And that dragged on enormously, because the protagonist had to deal with it before the actual plot was finally mentioned. Until then it was a bit slow andI can't speak of any tension in the air. It just feels empty half of the time.

There were some interesting perspectives and lines of thought by the end. Among other things,after the story was finished, I couldn't decide for myself which side acted right and wrong.
Morale has been quite interesting too. Whether or not is it justified to sacrifice a single life to save an entire kingdom is beyond the answer.

However, there was room for improvement. The full potential was certainly not used.

Animations have been very divided. Once you had seen very nice and smooth movements. And also fascinating sword duels. On the other hand, some scenes were like a puppet show.

Characters were probably the strongest point in the work.
A cool and strong protagonist who is looking for the reason of his existence. And developed interestingly in the course of history. His companion, who certainly provides some amusing scenes and yet does not ruin the seriousness of this work. Both have personality as well as approaches and ambitions.

The protagonists' opponents have also been written solidly. I'm not talking about sympathy here. But their views and motivations may have been either noble or reprehensible, in different ways.

Only with the music in the work, I couldn't make friends. I'm usually open to a new style or just something fresh. But .. this irritated me. There were only a few soundtracks that were satisfactory, nothing more. And I cant say they fit well in the fight scenes.
