Review of Neon Genesis Evangelion

Music 10/10 Ambience 10/10 Characters 7-8/10 Story kuch bhi bakchodi Animation 10/10 Nudity 10/10 I dont mind the lack of viewer knowing what the story is about but damn it at least wrap it up tightly instead of some weird coming of age angle. Ikari Shinji was a relief from the usual trope of flamboyant characters in Shounen anime, although he could be a bit annoying and the story focused on him a bit unnecessarily which instead it could have focused on other characters, although the hinting of lives of Misato, Ritsuko, Ikari, etc. was a nice touch and a relief from the the over exposition in anime. This was anexperimental anime, and a very well made one for that, but the coming of age of Shinji about being worthless to worth something seemed to come out of nowhere, although I read the creator was going through bouts of depression himself, so it can be respected (a bit).
