Review of School Days

Spoilers will be in this review. It starts off as a typical romance with the implied idea that there's a love triangle which turns out to be true (no one was surprised) but then it turns into an absolute shit fest. We have this guy cheating on the first girl which again is still plausible and realistic but after that it's nothing but moronic reasoning and unrealistic personalities. He basically fucks the whole entire cast as they all fall in love with him (he does nearly nothing to make most of them fall in love either) and they become his pets, no matter how many girlshe's sleeping with (It was 5 by the end) or how many lies he's telling them they never once stop to think about how bad of a person he is and how he doesn't care about any of them beyond what they can give him sexually. There's no way all these girls let him walk over them repeatedly and still continue to sleep with him, this anime invented triple cheating! He cheats on his first gf who he then cheats on his new gf with his old gf then cheats again with others like Jesus Christ. (And at this point they all still 'love him').

The murders too were totally unrealistic and not to mention a shitty end for the main character/story. If you wanted to end this anime let all the girls one by one dump his ass/find some other guy and have him end up alone and failing school due to never having time to study when he's busy seeing 5 different girls. But no, we get a cheap death where the main character never learns a lesson (even as he was dying there's no doubt he still didn't think he did anything wrong), as the viewer will be hating Makoto we deserved to get to watch his comeuppance and learn not to use people for his own satisfaction, we deserved to see all the girls (mostly Katsura) who were treated terribly in this anime get some sort of happy ending. By the end one girl is dead (undeserved), one is clinically insane and probably going to spend all her life in jail (undeserved) and the main character was killed in a scene that was about 20 seconds long (unfair to the viewers watching and waiting for his just desserts, death teaches no lessons it's just an end).
